Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at support@vyvanutrition.com or use the space above with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
