Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • Sealed in original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned or refunded.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Expired

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We will replace or refund eligible items at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of health and supplement products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Unsealed bottles or broken safety seals

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials

These restrictions are in place to protect customer health and product integrity.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different product, please return the eligible unopened item and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days.

However, supplements must still be unopened, unused, and sealed to qualify for a return due to health and safety regulations.


Change of Mind / “Mood Change” Policy

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, taste, or if you simply decide you no longer want the product.

Because our products are health and supplement items, we also cannot offer refunds based on personal results, effectiveness, or individual expectations, as results may vary from person to person.

We only accept returns for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Wrong items shipped

All other sales are final.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Processed within 10 business days

Refunds are not provided through alternative methods, manual transfers, cash, or any other payment channel.
